New Delhi: The Winter Session of Parliament began on Thursday with a two-day special sitting to celebrate Constitution Day in a tribute to Dr BR Ambedkar, widely regarded as the architect of the Indian Constitution. The Winter Session is expected to be a stormy affair with the Opposition set to raise the ‘intolerance’ issue and press for a resolution to condemn it even as the government assured that it is ready to discuss any issue.
